Delivering meaningful presentations that energize audiences and elevate live events.
What began as a passion for guiding, teaching, and uplifting others evolved into a platform built to create real audience impact. Through years of leadership, mentorship, and public engagement, Ocelot Management was established to bring meaningful conversations, transformative insight, and authentic connection to every stage and event experience.

Arthur Wharton was born and raised in Washington, DC. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University, a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University, and a PhD in Accounting from Morgan State University. His early career began as a design engineer with Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
After earning his MBA, he taught in the District of Columbia Public Schools. He then began to teach at the collegiate level as an adjunct professor, where he discovered his love of teaching. He has worked in the securities industry and also consulted with start-up and early-stage companies, developing business plans, seeking out start-up financing, and developing strategies.
He is a man of faith and a lifelong practicing Seventh-day Adventist, where he has served in various capacities, including deacon and elder in two local congregations where he attended. His experience as head elder and preparing a sermon seeking to heal a congregational breach formed the genesis of what became this book.
Arthur Wharton is currently an associate professor on the faculty of the Accounting and Finance Department of the Reginald F. Lewis College of Business at Virginia State University.
Arthur enjoys reading, listening to jazz music, fast recreational cycling, and playing golf in his spare time. He divides his time between Washington, DC, and Colonial Heights, Virginia, with his wife and four dogs.
